The total amount of the stay is paid at the booking. The only means of payment is by bank card (CB, Visa, Mastercard)
Cancellation policy
By booking directly on our website, you can cancel your reservation up to the day of arrival and you will be fully refunded.
If you cancel after your arrival, we will refund 100% of the remaining nights.

Utilisation of the apartments
The tenant agrees to respect the following rules:
• The apartment will only be occupied for private purposes during his stay. In any case, it may not be used for a commercial, craft or professional activity.
• The apartment must be occupied by the signatory of the contract and his companions within the limit of the number of people that can accommodate the place. The visit of external persons is prohibited.
• The premises must be vacated, at the latest, at the check-out time indicated in the booking confirmation or on the apartment's check-in page.
• It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartments.
• The tenant and his companions undertake not to commit any act that could harm the peace of the other inhabitants of the building. The condominium rules are applicable to tenants. In the event of a complaint for nuisance from the neighborhood, only the tenant's responsibility is engaged. Noise pollution must be reduced after 10 p.m. NoiseAware technology detects the sound volume of the living room. A warning will be sent to you the first time by our team. If another incident occurs, guests will be asked to immediately vacate the apartment.
• All damage, intentional or not, caused by the tenant and / or his companions during his stay will be billed to the tenant.
• Travel Homes cannot be held responsible for water, gas or electricity cuts, theft or damage to personal effects and nuisance due to the neighborhood.
• Please leave your furry friends at home.
• Failure to return the keys will result in a loss of € 100 on the deposit.
• The standard final cleaning includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and the bathroom. It is your responsibility to empty the refrigerator, wash the dishes, the oven and the microwave. If you do not wish this or if you choose not to do so, we will automatically take € 30 from the deposit.
As a precaution, we may conduct an electronic verification of your identity document via the Travel Homes site before your arrival.
Any report by a third party (testimonials, photos, and other elements) about the tenant for non-compliance with the stated rules will engage the entire security deposit.

Security deposit
A deposit will be hold 2 days before your check-in date. The deposit is from 200€ to 300€ (depending on the apartment). The deposit will be released 1 day after the check-out if no rules were broken. If violation of any rules mentioned above (utilisation of the apartment section) the total deposit will be charged.
Inventory and apartments check
An inventory takes place after your departure, after current situation, your deposit will be released. We shall be in the obligation to capture all or part of the deposit if damages took place during your stay:
- The standard final cleaning at the end of stay includes the change of the linen of beds, a general cleaning of the apartment and the toilets. It is however up to you to clean and to tidy up the dishes, to empty the refrigerator, the freezer, the microwave as well as to make the arrangement. A supplement arranges of 60€ will be held in case of non compliance with this rule.
- We shall engage the responsibility of the tenant if we spot damages at the level of the accommodation.
- Please indicate us any accident or quite damage to property during your stay.
Force majeure
We reserve the right to access the apartment during the time of your stay in the event of an emergency or force majeure related to the security or material integrity of the apartment and its furniture, the building or its common parts.
Insurance
Travel Homes signs an insurance for every tenant once the made reservation. This insurance is understood in the total price. Includes:
