Parking information
- You can leave your car not far from the aparment. One of the solution is to park in the Laurent Street, a part of this street is toll, you will find the free part of the street : blue lines on the map below
- Another solution is to park in public car park. You will find the location of the 2 clothest parking, it will be the purple round on the map.
- You can find a few more car parks near the center which you can find on the map below. (every "P" on the map is a car park)

About 1,4km from the train station, it will take you 17 minutes to get to the apartment if you choose to walk.

Rules
❤︎ Delays caused by late check out will be charged up to 30 € / 30min
❤︎ Do not smoke. If there is evidence of smoking found in the apartment or on the balcony, a fine of € 200 will be immediately imposed.
❤︎ No noise after 22h. NoiseAware technology detects the sound volume of the living room. A warning will be sent to you by our team once. In the event of another incident, guests will be asked to vacate the apartment immediately.
❤︎ We can not be held responsible for forgotten items. Shipping costs will be charged for the return of the requested items.
❤︎ Please leave your furry friends at home. A fine of 150 € will be imposed if we detect the presence of animals in the apartment.
❤︎ EXTRA GUEST: Only persons registered at the time of booking are allowed to stay in the apartment. Please submit any changes to the numbers of people.
❤︎ LOSS: the non-return of the keys will entail a loss of 100 € on the deposit.
❤︎ CLEANING: The standard final cleaning includes changing of bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the bathroom. It is your responsibility to empty the fridges, wash the dishes, oven and microwave. If you do not want to do that or if you choose not to do it, we will automatically take 30€ from the deposit.

As mentionned in the announce, we can not accept early check-in /luggage drop off or late check-out/luggage storage due to the shift of the cleaning staff and due to our tight cleaning window.

No. However, you'll find coffee and tea in the kitchen.

The standard final cleaning includes changing of bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment and the bathroom. It is your responsibility to empty the fridges, wash the dishes, oven and microwave.
